Philadelphia Navy Shipyard Office Renovation

Apogee Consulting Group provided the electrical engineering design for the renovation a 7,350 square foot open warehouse space located in Building 1000 at the Philadelphia Navy Yard, outside Philadelphia, PA.  The project involved the conversion of the open warehouse space into open office space, private offices and conference rooms. Apogee was part of the design-build team, led by JS International.  Some details of the electrical design included:

• Addition of a new transformer and distribution panel.
• Lighting design and analysis.
• Fire alarm and life safety design

The project team has since been contracted to provide the same services for an additional 7,490 square feet of office space that is contiguous to the previously designed space.
