Central Virginia Urban Area Security Initiative
For the Virginia Department of Emergency Management

Apogee evaluated sixty buildings identified as emergency shelters to determine the wiring and equipment needs necessary to connect each building to a portable/trailer mounted generator in a time of emergency.  A detailed report was provided detailing what wiring, equipment and generator capacity would be necessary to properly equip each facility to efficiently function as a shelter under emergency conditions.
