The construction budget allowed for 400 new parking spaces with a future plan for 500-600 spaces. Apogee provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and security design construction documents for the new construction of the parking garage.
Fire alarm and suppression systems were integrated into a central system along with indoor and outdoor IP cameras. The design included PACS for doors with card readers, door switches, exits, and electric locks, tying into the main hospital monitoring system along with emergency blue light phones with two-way communications and built-in IP cameras.
