With a background spanning both the architectural/engineering (A/E) sector and ownership perspectives, as well as hands-on field experience supporting general contractors, he ensures seamless execution from design through construction.

With over eight years of experience in healthcare design and construction, Mark Norris has supported complex projects, including surgical suites, emergency departments, imaging facilities, and campus-wide infrastructure upgrades. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and LEED AP BD+C accredited professional. His expertise in contract management, construction coordination, and compliance ensures that projects meet rigorous industry standards while maintaining schedule and budget integrity.
