Joanna Allsbrook MA, PMP

Joanna Allsbrook brings nearly a decade of experience in the A/E industry, combining a strong technical background with a talent for strategic growth and communication. She leads Apogee’s marketing efforts, overseeing proposal development, marketing strategy, and client relationship management across federal and commercial sectors. A former Assistant Project Manager, Joanna has contributed to the successful delivery of complex healthcare and institutional projects, including parking garages, surgical suites, and specialty cancer centers.

Joanna holds a Master’s in English Rhetoric and Composition from NC State, where she also taught undergraduate courses in writing and communication. Her academic foundation in rhetoric informs her ability to craft persuasive proposals and build lasting partnerships. At Apogee, she serves as the manager of the marketing group, supports mentor-protégé programs, and maintains metrics-driven systems to evaluate growth and diversify the firm’s client base.

Joanna is a PMP-certified leader with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, leading competitive proposals, maintaining strategic partnerships, and expanding Apogee’s presence across IDIQ contracts and federal agencies. When she’s not driving marketing pursuits, or fine-tuning SF330s, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. Her thoughtful leadership and collaborative mindset continue to shape Apogee’s path forward.
