Tracy Preston—Cost Estimating Practice Leader with 17 years of experience delivering accurate, strategic estimates for complex projects across the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Energy (DoE), and the Veterans Affairs (VA). Tracy’s journey in estimating is rooted in a deep respect for structure, detail, and the power of informed decision-making.

She holds an associate degree in Architectural Technology and is a Certified Professional Estimator through the American Society of Professional Estimators. Her career has also included roles as an Importing and Exporting Analyst and work in the Nuclear Metals sector—giving her a unique, multidisciplinary perspective that strengthens every estimate she produces.

Currently, she is expanding her expertise by pursuing an associate’s degree in Accounting & Finance, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering. She believes that continuous learning is the key to staying sharp, relevant, and prepared for whatever challenges come next.
