Our team developed a detailed phasing strategy that involved installing and facilitating the removal of old infrastructure beginning with head-end equipment. Once that is installed, the telecommunication room can be installed as full stacks. As each stack becomes operational, the distribution room that stack of telecommunication rooms can occur. This strategy will allow specific tacks to coordinate with other work, such as the relocation of the nuclear medicine area.
