John Carter is a Certified Professional Estimator (ASPE) with over 39 years of experience in construction estimating for healthcare, education, historical structures, senior living, commercial, retail and parking facilities. John’s background includes estimating and preconstruction services from conceptual design through complete construction documents. As the Estimating-Quality Manger, John oversees both the Apogee Consulting Group’s estimators as well as the QA/QC department.
