Apogee is updating the Campus Master Plan for the Menlo Park site of the Palo Alto VA Division under an IDIQ task order.
The Menlo Park campus serves a complementary role to the academic medical center at Palo Alto, providing inpatient and outpatient services for mental health, rehabilitation, and long-term care.
The scope of work includes a resource-specific update to the 2014 VA Menlo Park 20-Year Master Plan.
The update incorporates several planning areas: utilities, renewable energy improvements, tree management, homeless veteran housing, historic resource management, wayfinding, community planning and historic preservation.
