The interior design reflects the building’s environment at the confluence of the Susquehanna River and the Chesapeake Bay and highlights the building as the hub of the VA Perry Point digital backbone.
The overall goal was to modernize the facility and to upgrade the repair the building envelope, central air conditioning, heating system and energy management system, architectural finishes, electrical, lighting, architectural, plumbing, fire protection, and life safety systems, asbestos abatement, exterior drainage system and interior water infiltration.
VA Perry Point: Medical Media
Apogee Consulting Group provided MEP design services for this single-story, 8,000 SF to support medical media services and information resource management systems for the VA Perry Point campus.
The design transformed the original segmented building into a functional workplace to allow simultaneous, multiple functions.
