Senior Project Manager

John Foley is a registered architect and LEED Accredited Professional with more than 35 years of design and management experience in the fields of healthcare, corporate commercial, cultural, and educational design. He has managed large healthcare projects such as the $230 million New Broughton Hospital in Morganton, N.C., the $40 million Carolina East Cancer Center and the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture.

John has experience in project delivery from conception through construction in many types of construction delivery methods, including both traditional and non-traditional and numerous Construction Management At Risk (CMAR) projects. As a senior project manager, he leads our internal teams in scheduling, budget adherence, resource allocations, and project billing.

Throughout his career, John has valued working with diverse groups of clients while building a consensus of project goals and expectations. He utilizes an active listening approach to improve mutual understanding, timely response, and commitment to a successful project.
