Jim Guidroz is a senior architect and project manager experienced in managing healthcare projects up to $924 Million. He excels in managing the programming, design, construction and post construction of large-scale projects. This includes all aspects of programming, cost and scheduling through the resolution of issues for successful project delivery, and coordinating the input and efforts of the user with the project administration. Jim has extensive experience with the negotiation, administration, and control of project contracts and agreements. With a background in architecture and business administration, he offers a comprehensive understanding of clinical design and healthcare operations.
