Apogee is the prime contractor for this project which includes the demolition and renovation of workspace in Building 13 of the medical center for new office areas, lobby, waiting area, break room, restrooms, a conference room, and an employee gym.
Apogee’s design provides new LED lighting and controls, new receptacles and modification of existing branch wiring, an upgrade of the HVAC and plumbing systems, and an upgrade for the fire alarm, datacom, security and access systems.
